The questions that come up before people apply

Nine questions, answered straight

How is this different from hiring a consultant or an agency?

A consultant hands you a strategy document and bills you for the thinking. Most agencies take one channel, run it competently, and stay in their lane, which leaves the job of stitching everything together sitting exactly where it already sits, on you. I come in as a Senior Executive Account Manager and Revenue & Growth Systems Executive embedded directly in your business, and our team builds your offers, closes deals alongside you, leads your team, and stands up the marketing and automation systems, so you get a real delivery team rather than a set of recommendations you still have to go execute yourself.

Isn't this just executive coaching?

No, and the difference matters. Coaching works on the person, meeting by meeting, and leaves the execution to you. This works on the system itself, the offer, the pipeline, the marketing, the team, with our team inside the business building it alongside you. Track 06 still works on the business owner directly, but it's one of six tracks, not the whole engagement.

What do I get for six months?

Six tracks: Offer & Revenue Architecture, Sales & Pipeline Execution, Team Leadership & Development, Marketing & Visibility Systems (website, Google Business Profile, search visibility, social management, and a paid-ads team we deploy on your accounts), Automation & Workflow Systems, and Bottleneck & Identity Removal for the business owner directly. Which of those carry the most weight depends on what the diagnostic turns up.

How long is the engagement, and what does it cost?

Six months, with the diagnostic done before month one starts and the investment scoped to what that diagnostic finds rather than priced the same for every business.

Do you take equity or a percentage of revenue?

No. It's fee-for-service, so you get the service, the team, and the results without handing anyone a piece of your company.

What kind of business is this built for?

Established business owners with real revenue already on the board, who know they're the thing standing between where the business is now and where it could be. It works best when there's something to leverage: existing customers, an existing team, an offer already selling at some level. Still hunting for your first offer that sells? Submit a Discovery Application anyway. If this isn't the right fit yet, Chris will tell you and point you to what is.

How often do we actually meet?

You get standing access to our private calendar, with a weekly minimum and more during active build phases. That tapers on purpose as the systems start running on their own.

Do you run my team meetings permanently?

No. We lead them first to model how they should run, then hand leadership to you or your team lead while we're still in the room as backup, and step back entirely once you can run them solo.

How do I start?

Submit a Discovery Application. Our team reads every one and reaches out to book a call, and the engagement gets presented directly on that call rather than sold as a self-checkout.
